Gullible is not in the Dictionary

I remember when saying "gullible is not in the dictionary" still fewled people. (That was waaaay back in the days!)

This morning, BF picked up Mango (my birthday gift sea turtle from LBC Aquarium) and said, "You know why sea turtles have spots? Because they live in saltwater. Our turtle has stripes b/c she's freshwater."

I paused and looked at him and said, "Lies!" Then after a few seconds, I asked him, "Are you lying?"

BF said, "No...," as he looks away. Then of course he cracks up big time. "You're so gullible!"

Humph. It's just that sometimes, the things that he makes up...sound so believable!
